“I had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with sales person Michael Z today as I bought a full dining room, full bedroom set and a couch.
He was patient and kind, allowing me time to walk around, think about my many choices offered and order just what felt right. All without any high pressure sales or feeling like he was breathing down your neck only to make a sale .
He was professional and at checkout explained everything I bought again to review my choices

“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”

“First time dealing with this location. I went there last minute notice. moving into a new apartment and needed some stuff right away. They are short staff, but you wouldn't know by the way they took care of me. It made me feel like they had a full staff and got everything done quickly and responsive. they were able to help me out very quick, very responsive. I don't know that their names.The manager and the assistant manager, but I will have to say their customer services by far the best!”

“Aarons is THE best!!! I had an emergency move bc of a stalking situation and had to leave almost all my belongings behind. Aarons of Nashua was very quick to step up and not only help me furnish my new place, but helped me stay within my budget, with no pressure to spend more! I had to leave behind 3 Air Conditioners and when it was consistently 80 degrees in my home, I have pets as well, and couldn't afford a new AC that would cool my entire apartment, Aarons called a delivery employee who was off work, and delivered a brand new AC, installed it (im single and knew nobody to help me), and it was not only within my budget but it cools my entire apartment! AND had it delivered and set up within ONE HOUR! I didn't realize how sick the heat was making us (my pets too) until my apartment started cooling down.
Aarons I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL! You are super kind friendly and fast! I couldn't appreciate you all more than I already do! And I now have a cool beautiful new apartment that feels like home again! Thank you so very much! Sending you all blessings, love and light energies always ✨ 🙏 💛”
“Great customer service You can all ways find some to help you out . If you need a price check you can get right away . The cashier can make a ajusment . They all so have great variety of products and good quality. Not like some of the other stores They wide isles are great enough to move The sleeves are stocked all so very clean and uncluttered Prices are very competitive. When you get great service why stop at the competition They have speedy check out .They will open a register for you if the line is too long”

“Best experience I’ve ever had buying a mattress. Last time I bought a mattress else where, they handed me the receipt and said “ Thank you, we have no idea when it will be delivered”. Needless to say, it was a nightmare getting the mattress delivered. At Mattress Firm the staff is very friendly and helpful. No high-pressure sales and I had a delivery date when I left the store. My mattresses was delivered three days later and on time. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.”
