Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. “Took my 6 year old granddaughter here for a birthday outing. Great selection of shoes. Only one clerk on duty and she couldn't be bothered with assisting customers and could hardly drag herself to the register to take peoples money. Too bad cause otherwise the place was great”
