“I didn't even realize the Store was there, Noticed it couple weeks ago while shopping across parking lot. I was shocked when I walked in. I grew up in this Town, when I saw the variety of all the different sports I was Amazed. I am buying several things there very soon .. I am having double knee replacements soon and need couple items he has for physical therapy. I can't wait to go back there.. lol. Will bring my Twin Great grandsons to shop also, They will Love it !! “Karen, the owner of Esco Awards, truly does as her site states about treating every customer as a member of the family. She was so wonderful and professional in producing a "down to the wire" Tennis Coach recognition plaque that I found myself having to purchase in June 2024 for my son's Tennis Team. She was swamped with orders but fit this in when I had to order it the day before it was to be given. She said that she would make it as long as I left the design up to her. The plaque medallion and font were fabulous and perfect! The price was very reasonable as well. My teenager's response to seeing the plaque was "Wow" and "That is amazing". That is how impressive that it was! Karen is truly a gem in our community!”

Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. I don't really need another hat, but I'll likely be back for one soon just because.Thanks for all the kindness. You deserve anything you want out of the world with an attitude like yours.”
“Took my 6 year old granddaughter here for a birthday outing. Great selection of shoes. Only one clerk on duty and she couldn't be bothered with assisting customers and could hardly drag herself to the register to take peoples money. Too bad cause otherwise the place was great”
“Nothing wrong with the store or employees. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. BUT......I really wish they sold more Jordans. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”

He was patient, helped us with sizes, prices and particularly shoes I was looking for, and after asking i found out he was the only employee in the store, which was very busy! He needs a raise, it's ridiculous you'd have 1 person take care of all responsibilities.”

“Prices r competitive with other shoe shops, Very good selection in men, women and children's shoes. Plenty of parking, including four front handicap spots. The staff was Very courteous and respectful and highly knowledgeable of the product. I would definitely come back to this place for shoes.”
