“Everyone has a story about going to the cable company office. Now I've got a good one since visiting the Freehold location. I was greeted cheerfully and immediately had a rep pulling up acct. info. so I could return a TV box for my Dad. Literally 5 minutes later I was saying thanks and goodbye,and had info on new cell service in hand. Employees all looked happy to be there and were pleasant. I didn't see a single disgruntled customer,which is unusual at a cable service office. Optimum seems to be trying hard to make clients happy, or at least not unhappy. Thumbs up!”
