“Today I came into UPS with my visually impaired mother to make an Amazon return. Ash, one of the employees were quite friendly and welcomed us into the store right away. She then walked us through the steps on how to use the amazon return machine and was very patient with my mother as she had many questions about how to do it on her own. The customer service from her was amazing and it was a fast process to do the return. Thanks Ash!”
“Perhaps because I used Korean Air, I was really surprised to buy it so quickly. Go to Korea in 3 days. Other companies call and call you at a low price, but when you go and send it, they add additional fees such as customs clearance fees, bulk weight, etc., but there is no such thing here.”

“When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”

“I often go to this store to drop off my Amazon returns. Few times have shipped items from here too. Very friendly staff. Try their best to help customers as much as possible, some of the regulars they know by name.
Store is kept clean. Has a lot of foot traffic from local customers. Alongside shipping, the store has lots of other services like packaging, shredding, engraving, copying, printing, and mailboxes. A lot of stationary items are also available for purchase.”

“This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”
