“I usually don’t have a problem with this store. I order online and pick it up before going to work, however, this morning I do the usual and when I go in to pick up my order at 545 Broadway location, there were so many people waiting for their orders, I waited about 10 minutes for just a toasted croissant. When the lady handled me my order I left because I was late for work. When I opened my bag I realized that the lady had given me the wrong item. They really need to pay attention at what they’re putting in the bag because I don’t eat bagels or cream cheese. I was very unhappy with this.”

The first time took me aback because she was so efficient and helpful, she streamlined the process for me and resolved my issues perfectly. She speaks fluent Spanish which is my first language, and she was so reliable and friendly! She informed me of the best offers the bank had to offer for people my age, and I left this location very happy because of her!
