“Selling groceries to a Spanish flare and a small eatery in the back makes Acapulco Grocery a busy place. There are pastries and a deli counter, as one enters and they are the only local place that sells the largest size of Bounty Advantage paper towels for the same price other places charge for a roll 1/3 of the size. That's a plus for the neighborhood !At the back of the store, one of the two small deuce tables is always occupied with people who love the homemade cultural cuisine. Dutifully so, Spanish, is the preferred language spoken here.”

“Love the store. I gave it only 4 stars because the woman who works in the bakery department as you first walk in is very unpleasant to customers. I saw her scream at an elderly woman for not using a tissue to pick her bakery. The tissues were too high up for her. Bayonne store.”

“Love this store ! I go there every chance I get. My man B who owns the store is a great guy. I went there a couple days ago and bought 3 powerball tickets. I left them on the counter. He waited till he saw me again and told me I had won 11$. I know 11$ isn’t much but just the fact he was honest was awesome, not to mention I went nuts looking for those tickets. Great place. Best in Bayonne for whatever you need.”

“A nice family owned corner deli. They have almost everything from empanadas to a good hot sandwich. This place is really busy in the morning since it's a great breakfast stop before you hit the light rail. I've been going here for many years. I really like the BLT here! The rolls are always fresh because they get them every morning! You'd be lucky if there are any left past noon.”

“Everything you need, Egyptians and Arabic groceries, prices are okay. Workers are so helpful and nice. The dates were big and sweet. Cold cuts were fresh and tasted good, especially the basterma and mortadella. Malawy cheese is the best, fresh pita bread. And they had fresh Molokhia. And so much more, I strongly recommend this store for all you need, Egyptian and Arabic groceries.”

“I love walmart but I find it more useful to order ahead of time and just pick up. Or you will stay in long lines since is only the self check out machines and probably 2 or 3 cashiers. Other than that walmart is the place to go for affordability and good products and groceries.”
