I have never seen a company so willing to help a customer with product information and time spent on answering questions. Tyler Long Has been amazing every time I consult with him on questions about products. Usually I don’t have any questions because he is so thorough in his presentations and questions and answers calls. I have also never had a question that the customer service team couldn’t answer or help me with. They are always there, happy to help and are live human beings that, sorry, speak good English”

“This was a wonderful experience. Julia. T technician perfectly understood what was required.
I called as I could not access my internet on t TV. Julia patiently worked to get t internet visible at my end. As soon as the internet was visible, my password was. not working. After some brain storming she suggested we remove a symbol on t password and re-try it again. This time round it worked perfectly and I had the much awaited movie day I was looking for.
I was in particular impressed by t patience and professionalism. She talked me through the entire process and was ready to spend any amount of time to get my issue resolved.
The service could not get any better. Please keep it up.”
