Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity. “Came in to buy a phone last week with my mom, The staff was wonderful. They took care of us while we were inside. While inside we did see some people come in with a sense of entitlement and the staff handled it very well. They all deserve raises and the reviews lately I’ve been seeing have been untrustworthy. These are great workers and I hope they keep up the good work they serve our community well despite other privilege beliefs.”
