“If I could give 10 stars I would. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16. The staff is absolutely awesome. They took their time helping me, showing me, and explaining everything to me. “The people at this store are some of the most down to earth, practical, and professional people! I've been in the store three times and each time they listened to what you were interested in and suggested the most practical options. Kyani was especially outstanding - we went through an almost 2 hour ordeal trying to transfer a number from a family member's prepaid plan to our family plan. She was a pleasure to interact with the entire time just chatting about things while on hold and even stayed through her meal break to make sure all the issues were worked out. Thank you!”

When he found out that his system would not allow him to process the return, he gave me 2 options, one of which was to have a UPS Store process it. He literally walked with me a few stores down to the UPS Store, went back to his store to get some info they needed, and then stayed with me til they finished processing the return and gave me the receipt. He went the extra mile for me. Much appreciated. In hearing him work with another customer before me, he seemed very patient and knowledgeable.”
