I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah at Carl’s Shoes. My daughter is autistic and was experiencing foot pain after school, so it was really important that she be properly measured for new shoes. Unfortunately, she was too overwhelmed to even go into the store.
Without hesitation, Sarah offered to come outside to our car and help us there. My daughter can be very hesitant with new people and unfamiliar situations, but Sarah was incredibly patient, kind, and easygoing. Somehow, she got my daughter to put on socks, place her foot in the measuring device, and even stand up for the measurement, which felt like a huge victory.
What could have easily been a stressful and unsuccessful experience turned into a positive one because of Sarah’s compassion, flexibility, and understanding. I am beyond grateful for the care she showed our family. Customer service like this is truly rare, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you, Sarah, for going above and beyond!”

“This place is the Ross of outdoor travel gear, very hit or miss. You can find a nice shirt and pants at a great discount or nothing. I love getting just the right sized packing cubes here. There is Good selection and it varies time to time. You can find some really good deals for but you have to come and look through everything it takes quite a bit of time.
Much better looking in person then on Amazon ln though. It is quite obvious in person something just isn't going to work versus getting stuff online and having to return it.”

“I don’t have enough words to express how amazing my experience in this store was!!! Julie is the BEST, she went above and beyond. I purchased 4 pairs of sandals taking advantage of the sales. The 4th pair was not the exact size and she asked me if I was sure these pair of sandals would fit me at the cashier. I didn’t even realize I picked a smaller size but she noticed it immediately. She said: ‘you have a 7, a 8 and another 7. This is a 6, why don’t you try them on again?’. They didn’t have my size so she called other stores, found them for me and shipped them to NY!!! She coordinated everything perfectly! Without her, I would have a small pair of sandals. She wrote a wonderful note in the shoe box that she has shipped and added 0.50 cents as this new pair was 0.50 cents less for some reasons. That was soooooo sweet!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Julie for your HARD work. They are lucky to have you! If I will travel there again it will the first store I will visit. :))) ?????? Mari”

“The associates at this store really went above and beyond! I am rarely so impressed with a store and how it is run. From when I first arrived up through checkout everyone was so helpful and kind. But what really impressed me was after I left. On my way out I dropped a pair of shoes I had just purchased. The manager found them, looked up my phone number through my Carter's account, and called to let me know before I had gotten very far. She then offered to bring the shoes out when I arrived so I didn't have to unload the kids out of the car. It was one of the nicest interactions, and I could tell she cared about me as a customer and person. It reminded me why it's nice to shop in person sometimes. I would highly recommend this location!”

“One of the best selection of shoes available in-person in the area, and the workers are always more than happy to help with whatever is needed to find what you're looking for. The store has an ESPN tv and a Disney JR tv too to keep family busy while others shop. Orders can be made in store where in-person stock is lacking and shipping is usually only a couple/few business days. If you're ever unsure on hours, they do answer the phone regularly for assistance and can even check stock at multiple locations for you <3”
“I want to thank the manager, Andy. I went on Saturday to get a suit for my son, Andy and the lady that works there helped me look for one. On the day for pick up, there was a mistake in one of the measurements and the manager, Andy, took care of the issue on the same day, I was able to leave happy and satisfied. “This location saved my holidays! Obviously are kids have always difficult challenges for me! My daughter like different shoes than me and she always choosing some colors or designs of sneakers what is hard to find in her size??♀️but I did it!! I buy last pair of Jordan1Retro for her and what a surprise when instead paying 140$ we pay 40$ cheaper ? and this store was open till 7pm at Christmas it’s always difficult for me to shop bc I’m delivering for living so thanks to those young people who work there I have some nice sneakers for100$ and I was able shop in dollar store and Marshal on the same shopping center location!! The other snipe location what I like it’s Nottingham way in Hamilton Twp. Right next to Walmart!! The best volume of sneakers and sports clothing it’s just stuff with goodies !! Oh and they have 50% off for some nice Pumas and few other models from other brands ✌?”
