The whole team is super cool to work with; they have a plethora of knowledge about what best fits your needs and they are willing to show you every budgetary option available with zero judgement. They were even able to get my ole reliable work boots resoled, even though they were told it couldn’t be done; John came up with a solution and handled everything, including updates on the status of my boots. “Wow! This is an amazing store and has the sweetest employees. I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.”

“We looked up their hours, drove over, and as expected, they were open. As soon as we walked in, we were asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, which we were. After a short consultation, several options were provided and tried on. No rush, plenty of time to walk around the store with the different pairs of shoes. Prices were fair for what they are, and went home happy. Tried the shoes out during a workout, and so far so good, protecting feet well. Happy with purchase.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff is. I came in for a last minute valentines day gift for my partner and wasn’t sure what I should get. The sales women brought out a few shoes in size 7 and placed them ontop the boxes so I really get a feel on what Ugg my gf would love. I ended up getting her cute brown slippers.
