“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

“I recently ordered a Meta Quest 3S for my son through the app for pickup at the Best Buy location in Rockaway, New Jersey, and I wanted to share how smooth and pleasant the experience was.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right at the door. The pickup process was quick and easy. At the register, Sarah assisted me, and she was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, asked how she could help, and once I mentioned I was there for a pickup, she efficiently requested the code and my ID.
She politely excused herself to retrieve the item from the back and returned promptly. Once everything was complete, she thanked me and sent me off with a beautiful, genuine smile. You could really tell she takes pride in her work and values great customer service.

While answering all my repeated questions he never showed attitude, impatience, or aggravation while handling all of my issues, being a woman of 78 years of age and not at all versed in these new technologies. His knowledge was very obvious in his explanations of what was needed to make my new phone work where I can handle it. “I was at the Rt. 10 location a few weeks ago because I purchased a Canon printer for pick-up. I had a great experience. Bobbie, the sales associate who assisted me, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me navigate some additional purchases and worked to find me the best options for my needs, all while assisting other customers effortlessly. It isn't everyday that one receives excellent customer service. Best Buy should be proud that someone like Bobbie is on their sales floor. I don't leave reviews often, but felt compelled in this instance.”
