“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“I had some issues at another T-Mobile store. The other store told me my paid warranty (Jump / 360) did not cover phones that don't turn on. Why did Ipay for 6 years to have a service contract???I called T-Mobile, they gave me this store. The staff here are excellent! No grumbling, didn't tell me anything negative, didn't say corporate doesn't know how to do warranty. ...had my replacement phone working in a flash.Excellent staff here!”

“I want to start off by saying I usually go to my local T-Mobile, however I stopped at this location because it was closer to my job. I had the best assistance from Yasmiry as she helped me with some trouble I had with my phone as well as considering an upgrade in the future. She was extremely educated and so nicely helped me through the entire process! I don’t usually write reviews, however, I had such a great experience and I will most likely continue coming to this location. I appreciate all of Yasmiry’s kindness and assistance! :)”

“I was an Xfinity customer for 2 years so I can say from personal experience the service is spotty to say the least (Wi-Fi and security camera), the company never offered any refunds for any days I couldn't use the service. I'm always out working so I don't have time to sit at home and wait all day for a tech. I moved to a new apartment which is not Xfinity ready so I am returning their equipment and getting my service from Optimum.”

“Stopped by here on a Sunday morning sometime after store opening to drop off my trade-in. Service was quick and the store associate helped me right away. I was in and out of the store within ten minutes. I’d recommend going early in the morning when the store opens to avoid busy crowds and the store associates being spread too thin.”

“Cell phones are a necessary tool for Yelp reviewers. My ancient iPhone 12 was getting a little long in the tooth so I started searching for Verizon stores near me. The staff at a couple were unhelpful and, sadly, a little pushy. My wife, smarter than I, searched further afield and sent me here. Wow! I was greeted by a tech named Tom. He checked me into their system in about a minute. He made me comfortable working with him because he actually listened to my concerns and needs. After examining my account he recommended a new phone that is the current state of the art ... iPhone 15 Pro ... and a plan that had higher speed and he explained that with a trade in, and a switch to automatic paying with a checking account, my monthly bill would remain the same! There was a minor glitch with the trade in, but Tom went to their help desk while I sat and he cleared everything up. While I waited, he updated the iOS on the new phone and transferred everything perfectly. Tom was amazing. Really. He knows his products. He doesn't sell more than you need, rather he listens and recommends options that he thinks will offer the best value. My experience with him told me there are still people who come to work to do the best job for the customer and properly represent the products his company offers. Quite a rare treat in these me-first days! Great service, amazing sales tech, perfect transaction. Sad I can only assign just 5 stars.”

You can save money with your Verizon plan, and efficiently got me a new phone paying less than half what I would've paid. He is courteous, friendly, and smart. “Not usually a fan of Verizon stores but the crew here was fantastic. Rob W. addressed my issue immediately and had us out in ten minutes. Hh had to go in the back and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to wait so I asked my daughter who didnt know either. Rob's coworker Ed K. Overheard and gave us all the info we needed. A+ customer service in a Verizon store where I have come to expect less than that. I think I will come back to this particular store even though it's 15 minutes further than my local one.”
