“Louie had an encounter with a raccoon, so I took him to the vet. We met our new veterinarian and vet tech, and Louie was surprisingly calm and comfortable throughout the visit. It was a great experience! The new office is beautiful, too. I can’t complain about the prices because vet care seems to be expensive everywhere, although the office visit fee did go up. 🐾❤”

She is also a very good educator and I think all pet parents would benefit from all her helpful advice and care. The staff, as usual, were kind and friendly. I was quite pleased with the appointment. “I can't recommend Symphony enough. The first time I took my cat here, we came to the awful conclusion that we would have to put him down, and despite being a first time patient, they treated him and me as if we had been a part of the Symphony family for years. Every step along the way, they gave me all the information with the perfect mix of empathy and pragmatism, and gave me as much time as I needed to process emotionally and think. They are also very transparent about pricing and understand that the cost of care can be a major factor in what kind of path forward is possible. A general check-up was $110, cheaper than a chain like Bond and with 100% more care and humanity in every interaction.”

“I have been taking our golden retriever there for several years. I have found all the vets and tech's to be exceptional. Especially with follow up. Our just had CCL surgery which if you have had a dog go through this you well know its a commitment for recovery. However, they (especially Patti M) have been great with asking questions etc. Ali is now 10 and we have moved couple times. They are the best care she has ever received.”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team. From the moment he met Giggio, Dr. Chan was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. Since this was our first visit to the clinic and Giggio has several health issues, he took his time to listen carefully, understand his medical history, and really look at the bigger picture of what could be contributing to his health concerns. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about understanding Giggio as a whole.
The nurse was also extremely caring, gentle, and attentive with Giggio. What really stood out to me was how comfortable he seemed there. Giggio is usually very nervous at the vet, but surprisingly, he wasn’t nervous during this visit, which meant a lot to me and says so much about the calm and caring environment they created for him.
This clinic was recommended to us, and we are so happy we found it. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and professional veterinary care. We are truly grateful for the way they cared for Giggio. ❤”

The care we receive is exceptional, the people at the front desk are the most wonderful and greeting people.

“I recently visited Lincoln Square Veterinary Hospital and wanted to provide a positive review of my experiences! The front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. My new rescue, Moose, received a new patient exam and received his first month of flea and tick medication for free. Later that week he stayed overnight for medical boarding after his neuter surgery. When I picked him up he was happy and I could tell was very well taken care of! It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of while I had to leave town. I was also impressed with how reasonable the pricing was, compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. Definitely would recommend!”

It’s hard to find a vet that feels local in NYC (especially with so many chains popping up), but Westside is an exception. They really do care about their patients.
Dr Chang is incredibly knowledgeable, she always takes the time to explain/answer questions (even when you have many)!
Dr Chang and Westside also helped our family navigate the hardest part of pet ownership- emergency hospitalization and eventually end of life care. The team was gentle throughout, it was clear they genuinely cared about our cat and helping us make the best decisions possible. It made a really horrible moment slightly better, which we will always appreciate.”

“I’d like to thank Animal Paradise in Cliffside Park for treating my fur baby Camila. She was attacked by a husky about a month ago and we had to rush to the emergency vet since it was after 10pm. Her left eye suffered trauma and the vet even prepared me for having to remove her eye especially because she gave us a hard time administering the drops. I was in such distress because I knew how important it was to get the drops in her eye, but she made it very difficult. Animal Paradise is where I usually take her for checkups, etc. so I decided to call to see if they could administer the drops. They were kind enough to work with my schedule (the drops had to be administered 3x/day) and gave me a reasonable fee for the administration. Margi, the manager, kindly taught me how to administer the drops. My dog is seeing an ophthalmologist and things are improving with her eye. Again, I’d like to thank Animal Paradise, the techs, and receptionists in the office for helping me in saving her eye and supporting me during this time!!! Animal Paradise will continue to be her regular vet!”
