We visited the leasing office last Friday, met Manny and he took us through the amenities and gave us a thorough overview of the building. Manny went above and beyond with answering all our questions. 1 week later, we stopped into the leasing office again and met with Manny. An apartment opened up that suit our needs and Manny explained every next step needed to lock down the unit. I can't express enough of how kind Manny is and how thorough he is with explaining all details of The Rivington and move in process. Thank you Manny!”
“I moved to the Grove of Watsessing about a month ago, and it has been nothing short of fantastic experience. Prior to moving in, both Lisa and Stiben were extremely helpful and accommodating. I am a very thorough and inquisitive person, and they patiently answered all of my rapid-fire questions. The apartments are modern, spacious, and quiet. The neighbors are also friendly, and the maintenance team is responsive.
Lisa has a warm, nurturing, and welcoming aura about her. I enjoyed chatting with her before she gave me my keys to my apartment.
Stiben is diligent, knowledgeable, and efficient. He just has a readiness about him when it comes to servicing the tenants here.
Together, both Stiben and Lisa create a wonderful relational dynamic that represents One92 and Grove Watessing very well. They have no idea how much their professionalism helped with my transition and feeling settled overall. I am glad to be under their property management.”

Moving can be overwhelming, but the leasing team made everything so easy. From the application process to move-in day, everything was organized and seamless. They were very accomodating of our situation and really worked with us to make sure we could move in quickly and on time. They truly care about their residents and made us feel right at home from day one.
We are so happy with our decision to move into this complex for all of its amenities and comforts, but even more thrilled that the team here has it together. As we toured the building, I was very touched by the relationship she had with the staff from the concierge to the maintenance, as they greeted each other as friends.
