I must give a huge shout out to my Leasing Agent Yanice Mc Mullen who did an amazing job to ensure that all my questions and concerns was taken care of.
I admire her tenacity in ensuring that a challenge that occurred when moving in was resolved by the team. I noticed that the initial unit that I was to move into didn’t have a dishwasher unit. I immediately contacted her to express my disappointment because all model units viewed had one which I was also expecting. She was very apologetic and expressed that she didn’t know that there isn’t one in that unit. I was very pleased to see how the team worked with me and get me transferred to another unit that has a dishwasher in 24hrs. The appliances were fairly new, the apartment was very clean. The staff overall very polite and friendly.”
“Very attentive staff who are super helpful and supportive to assist in anyway possible. I truly am thankful for their team for assisting me during my hospital trip to Philly for surgery. They made this 10x easier for me to handle than any other hotel would have in my opinion. I will definitely be back and recommend. My favorite part was my first day being there to walk in Rittenhouse Park it was beautiful. Again location is perfect. Toiletries smell fantastic as well by the way.”

“I loved loved loved my stay. From the front desk help to the bedrooms to the coffee. Sean at the front desk was extremely gracious and never showed any signs of me bothering him when I had 100 questions. He just answered me and showed me how to. I will add that the kitchen needs to be stacked with paper towel and the pool has no towels and needs them. Sean helped me with it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel bc of the service!”
“I have lived her for 3 years and I will be moving out after this year but I just wanted to say how nice and welcoming the victor has been for the past 3 years. When I moved into my new apartment after graduating from high school it was a new process. Pat at the front desk made the entire transition incredibly smooth. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Pat went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. He patiently walked me through the check-in process, answered all my questions, and even provided helpful tips about the building and neighborhood. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything I needed made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making residents feel comfortable, but Pat does just that. “The new management at Avery Apartments has been great! When I first arrived in late 2024, they were in the process of transitioning out the previous team. Since the new management took over(Spring 2025), things have really improved — it’s been a much better experience living here.”
“This review is long overdue. To cut a long story short, this is most likely the best apartment building I've ever lived in, regardless of whether it's on the east or west coast. Aside from the beauty and amenities of the place, of course, the staff is the most critical aspect of any apartment or condo building, and this is where Spring Garden really shines. I've already mentioned the maintenance worker. Diana is really good at what she does, and I could say that the owners manage this company effectively and efficiently.”
“I was living here for 7 years. I wish I could’ve stay longer. The best thing about this apartment is people who work in the office and maintenance guys. I will miss this apartment.. if I need to comeback to blackwood I will come live in Jamestown again.”

“I've lived at the Dalian for about three months now. I can honestly say that every aspect of the leasing process and tenancy has been wonderful. When I came for a tour with my sister in tow we were greeted by Kathryn Riter. She is the most honest and authentic sales representative I've ever met! “This is a great place to live! I lived here twice in the past and spent 2-3 years each time. What I love: The quiet! The maintenance team! The turnaround time is quick for maintenance and they are kind people that don't treat you like a number. They are truly concerned about fixing the issue. They get to know you and wave when they see you. The landscaping is always on point especially during inclement weather. The complex is in a residential area with nearby shopping/restaurants/pharmacy in walking distance. I highly recommend Laurel Hill Apartments. I would return here if my situation were to change.”

One of the biggest things was the fitness center. That's big for me. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a bonus. I wish all places were as friendly and helpful as here.
