“After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss. “I recently ordered a Meta Quest 3S for my son through the app for pickup at the Best Buy location in Rockaway, New Jersey, and I wanted to share how smooth and pleasant the experience was.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right at the door. The pickup process was quick and easy. At the register, Sarah assisted me, and she was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, asked how she could help, and once I mentioned I was there for a pickup, she efficiently requested the code and my ID.
She politely excused herself to retrieve the item from the back and returned promptly. Once everything was complete, she thanked me and sent me off with a beautiful, genuine smile. You could really tell she takes pride in her work and values great customer service.

“Dear Mr Manager, Rockaway Store, NJ I'm the customer who wanted the Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra but due to its weight, I chose the s25 Plus instead. However I notice the Billing charges in the app and online are for the deleted phone. “I was at the Rt. 10 location a few weeks ago because I purchased a Canon printer for pick-up. I had a great experience. Bobbie, the sales associate who assisted me, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me navigate some additional purchases and worked to find me the best options for my needs, all while assisting other customers effortlessly. It isn't everyday that one receives excellent customer service. Best Buy should be proud that someone like Bobbie is on their sales floor. I don't leave reviews often, but felt compelled in this instance.”
“If I could give Brian a 10 I would. He went above and beyond to make sure everything on my phone was correct. He treated me with so much respect and kindness.
I told him to keep his demeaner and he will go far. He was working at the Middlesex office for the day but I had to let Morristown know they have an employee who is a diamond in the ruff. What an asset you have.”

“What a helpful staff. Greeted by a manager which took our information & problem with an iPhone. Then lead us to our seats & said a technician would be right with us. A manager followed a few minutes later to let us know we were next. Our technician, April, took care of our complex problem with a smile & was so knowledgeable. Our issue took a while & she worked with other customers as our phone was backed up & rebooted, checking with as the process continued. I recommend the Apple “Genius Counter” but better to come with an appointment. Thanks to all at the Rockaway Apple Store.”

the East Hanover Verizon Store is top notch! I was trying to close out my father’s account after he passed away. After several phone calls to Customer Service and a visit to my local store I was still no further in the process. As I was driving home from work I happened to pass the East Hanover location. I decided to take a chance and stopped in. I luckily had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer who was kind and empathetic and understood my frustration. She called Customer Service and after speaking to a few representatives and spending a lengthy time on the call my issue was resolved! Thanks to her professionalism,knowledge and persistence she has gained a loyal customer at this location. Although I live 40 minutes away I will definitely drive the distance for such great service!”

“I got a new 75" tv here. The Samsung 4k UHD. It was $400 cheaper than Bestbuy. Btw BB will be out of business in 3-4 yrs. It was dead. Target employee helped me load the tv and wouldn't take the $20 tip. Getting tv installed today on the wall. Very nice staff; I will return!”

The trade in package always arrived quickly and at the same time as the new smartphone.
Transferred data to the new one, reset it to factory settings and sent the old smartphone back.
The check was carried out quickly and the agreed amount was quickly transferred back to the account.
I would use this service again if I ordered from Google.”

“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”
