He was friendly, intelligent, informative and quickly helped operationalize a plan to charge my broken phone, secure a reasonably priced replacement, put together the items I needed to cross over to the iPhone 17, have it conveniently shipped to my house, and even suggested a high quality case I could order via Amazon Prime. I also continued my lost or stolen insurance coverage. He then downloaded all my information from my old phone to my new one. He did all the work.
