“I had a problem with my phone charging. I took it to Cell Doc and the person working there Kadir fixed my problem immediately. It only took him 15 minutes to fix it. This is not the first time I took my phone to them. They always fix my issues and they are not expensive at all. I will always use them.”

I had a major wireless issue with my phone and the customer representatives in this store gave their all to fix my issue after I’ve been too previous other stores who just brushed me off after not wanting to deal with my issue anymore. The store manager Beverly and customer representative Dennison went all out to resolve my issue!!! I appreciate them so much and if the owner of AT&T or any leadership working for this company sees this review please give them a raise or any extra form of payment. “I have been to the Wayne location for Verizon on Hamburg Turnpike a few times. I went in there today with a billing problem. Prior to today, I spoke with someone through customer service on the phone for over two hours and they still couldn't assist me with my problem. When I went into the store today Tariq assisted me. He listened to my situation and looked into my issue. After going through the necessary information on his tablet Tariq found the problem and took care of it by calling customer service. Excellent employee!!!!”
