“I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but they also managed several customers, myself included simultaneously with precision and teamwork. At no point did anyone feel neglected or rushed.

“I had a problem with my phone charging. I took it to Cell Doc and the person working there Kadir fixed my problem immediately. It only took him 15 minutes to fix it. This is not the first time I took my phone to them. They always fix my issues and they are not expensive at all. I will always use them.”

Alejandro and Mike were extremely customer service oriented as I was having trouble with my existing phone. They guided me through a solution for my prepaid phone and only to find out that I need an upgrade. We discussed what my needs were and found out the best way to go was to purchase a new one. All my questions were answered in a professional manner and ended up with a nice phone. I would highly recommend going to this store for future phone electronic needs.
