They have always gone above and beyond to communicate with me and help me when I needed it. “The PNC Bank location across from MSG is comfortable and fully staffed with very helpful staff. I got to know a lot of them during COVID and thankfully the Bank has retained most of their staff. They are competent and polite. Although that part of town has become rather gross, the PNC branch on 31st and 7th Ave is a welcomed respite.”

My parents opened a joint account for me while I was studying in college and they have the same options for graduates with multiple accounts. The managers of PNC have suitable knowledge of your financial options that help with any finance credibility. It is a great opportunity for any student with a degree!”

“I went out of my way to come and write a positive review here. I often come into this bank location in the afternoon and see a long line and misplaced/misdirected anger from customers.First of all, the employees here are absolutely lovely, despite their branch not having adequate staff to fit this location’s needs. At lunch time, the two tellers alternate taking their (well-deserved) lunch break. It’s completely unfair that these tellers apologize profusely, provide excellent service, and have to face this situation day after day of angry customers (due to a staffing issue that is out of their control). Management needs to allow more employees to work during lunch hour because these sweet people do NOT deserve the verbal abuse they receive every day!I’d like to especially commend Nancy, the sweetest woman, who is so professional and excels with her customer service etiquette. She is always pleasant no matter how many customers are in line. She is quick and efficient and always brings a smile to my face. I hope this branch gives Nancy and the rest of the employees the help they need by hiring more staff to help out. Thank you all for working your best to serve your customers under truly unfair circumstances.”

“Came to open a bank account. The staff was very helpful and worked well with our questions and small hiccups. This place can get packed so it's best if you get here earlier than later. They have security and three ATM machines. The establishment is clean and orderly. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Their legal department does not work on the weekends. Yes, everyone is bilingual.”

“Bank is most of the times close you deposit your money you ain't getting it to they decide when there open in the middle hours of the day better make sure you have extra money there so you won't have to go tru this problem it's unbelievable you have to wait to 9am to be able to deposit money in the Atm lobby cause there close and not even with your card you will be able to enter cause the door won't open to 9am”

“A lot of banks just don't have an in house notary public anymore- we tried the Chase next door to this Charles Schwab location and they told us "come back at 3pm, the notary public MIGHT come in"... nobody's got time for that!I saw Schwab next door and ran in to see if they could help-I didn't even have my Schwab debit card on hand but the snazzily dressed gentleman at the front desk patiently heard me out and quickly reached out to his colleague who was a notary public, who came out to help us a few minutes later.I appreciated the excellent customer service at this location!”
