“I recently opened my first business account here and was nervous as finance is not my background. I feel like the stars aligned that day for me to meet Christina (Chris). She is local, her kids went to Cherokee, and she is enthusiastic about helping people start their business! I felt myself relaxing in her office as she went through the process step-by-step and explained it all to me. She put me in touch with someone who is going to help me set up my chip reader and is available to help train me on updates along the way. She introduced me to the teller on that morning and she was just as lovely and kind.
I am a person who values shopping at small businesses and I had a very disappointing attempt to bank at a credit union that I gave multiple chances. I decided I wanted to bank with someone who valued the deposit and trust I was placing in them with my future and how I put food on the table. It was so heartwarming to meet Chris and have someone who understood that. We laughed, we cried, and hugged on the way out like old friends. I'm tearing up writing this and look forward to when I have to stop into the bank next!”

“I had such an amazing experience in this location. Josue helped us open a teen checking and savings account, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He taught us new things about the app, explained all the benefits, and you can truly tell he is passionate about what he does. He is a huge asset to the branch.
I’ve been to other Chase branches before and never received this level of customer service. We didn’t even have an appointment, yet they still took us in and made time for us, truly putting the customer first. The entire team was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
The manager, Mike Love, was also incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell he loves his job by the way he greets every customer and treats everyone with respect and kindness.
This is by far the best Chase branch in the area. I was genuinely amazed by the customer service and highly recommend this location!”

“I have come here to make changes to my initial review, as the experience was something I was immensely upset and hurt about, but when I tell you that Firstrust Bank truly cares about their customers and community, they definitely do. After my initial experience, I came to google to express to the community what went on. I’d received a response from the leadership team at the bank. To my surprise, I was contacted by the company’s Executive Vice President, Ms. Sharon Hammel, and she’d sincerely expressed her apologies to me, on behalf of the bank, for my experience, but assured me she would investigate and make it up to me. This isn’t something that happens everyday, where you get this type of call, but a part of me felt it would still be swept under the rug and nothing would happen. Within less than 48 hours, I’d received a follow up call from Sharon, and this time she stated due to the way things were miscommunicated and misconstrued, the bank is now revamping its processes and procedures to assure what happened in my case, won’t happen again to me or any other customer for that matter. Implementing preventative measures alone was something that showed me that they were serious about making this right. Sharon provided me with a genuine apology on behalf of Firstrust, this branch location, and just as a human being in general. She turned the matter around and provided me with a positive outcome and for that, I am so grateful. Thank you so much, Sharon.
I reentered this branch location after Sharon was able to turn things around and smooth over the situation, I was greeted and assisted by Noel and additionally assisted by Kelly. The welcoming feeling I was provided showed me that this company truly cares. “Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. This was not my experience today at TD when I had the pleasure of walking up to Crystalee’s line. She greeted me with a genuine smile and took every opportunity to guide and help me with banking features that I needed assistance with. She even made recommendations regarding my account that would save me money.
