“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. “We made an appointment to rejoin Varizon from T-Mobile on Nov 29. We were five family members and she took care of all with in 3 hours. It took long time to transfer data but she was constantly watching each phone and transferred all Five phones successfully. She also helped each of to select our free I phone 17 pro covers and then she professionally
Put I phone film cover with such card as no air bubble was present, absolutely perfect job.
Overall she was very knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, very calm and confident. She made all of us very happy as we got our colors and appropriate I phones. Three I phone 17 pro and
Two Google 10 Pro. She managed entire big task very efficiently and effectively with in reasonable time. Truly pleasure working with her. We all highly recommend her for new switching or existing customers.

“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “This is my new go to location for troubleshooting and everything Verizon. Senior store manager Kristina went above and beyond to help me resolve some issues that I could not fix by contacting Verizon corporate myself. Without her assistance, I doubt the issues would have ever been resolved and because of her excellent customer service and dedication to assist me she and this location have won my loyalty back.

I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order.
