“Can’t recommend Brian Phillips enough. I reached out to inspire because of an outrageous interest rate with Ford Credit. I was directed to Brian and he was able to get me a rate 4.5% lower than Ford offered. In addition to that, he helped me open a business account with Inspire since I was currently with Wells Fargo (they’re a nightmare). 2 months later, everything business related is easily accessible and everyone from bank tellers to Brian has been overly helpful throughout the process. 5/5, definitely reach out to Brian Phillips today about anything from switching banks to obtaining a loan”

“Recently opened checking and savings accounts at Citizens online. There is a $400 bonus for direct deposit and debit transactions within 60 days. SSA usually takes more than 60 days, hopefully my pension dept. is faster. The main point of my review is the grrreat customer service I received at Mt Holly NJ Acme branch. Kesha was my teller and it was one of the best transactions I've ever had in any bank. Kesha filled out my direct deposit form in a flash. “This is one of the few businesses that actually connects well with customers. I opened up a 1st lien position heloc with Ahmed and it was awesome! Also, as a real estate agent I will be referring my clients to this branch for loan applications because they are great. They take the time to know who you are and your goals. “We used this branch for a remote mortgage closing and they did a really tip top job. All of the documents were lined up on arrival, the guy who coordinated the closing was knowledgeable about the process, and all we had to do basically was sit down and sign away. Having been through more than one of these tedious processes, where unexpected issues can pop up like weeds and destroy your morning, I have to say; it was really good to breeze through it for a change. “I truly can not say enough good things about this branch & all of the fabulous employees that work there. My dad suddenly passed away & I was left in charge of his accounts and estate, completely overwhelmed with all the responsibilities I now had on my plate, with no idea of where to begin. I started by calling and asking what to do, I spoke with Lashawn who was so kind in walking me through what to bring with me when I came in, what to ask for, and what to say. He even called me back when he realized he forgot to mention how much time it would save me to get an EIN from the IRS before coming in. When I came into the branch, I met & sat with Shawn who took the time to help me organize my documents, close out my dad's accounts, and open up an estate account. Throughout the following months, I had to come in every so often to deposit and withdraw money from the account, & Carl was always the bank teller I had the pleasure of working with. He was able to help me in ordering expedited estate checks & took his time in helping me obtain the necessary bank documents needed to file the inheritance tax (even personally calling me once they were all ready to be picked up). Bottom line, this bank & it's employees were the most helpful, sympathetic, and kind people I have had to work with in managing the business related to my Dad's passing (the same can not be said for so many other agencies & offices I've dealt with during this process). & I know they are not acting any particular way specifically due to my circumstances, as every time I am there I am constantly hearing them greet customers by name and initiating friendly conversation. I feel at such ease knowing my Dad's affairs and accounts are being handled by such an awesome team.”

They do use your debit card for identification but will use your drivers license if you don't have a debit card. They aren't the only bank that asks for a debit card for ID. Asking for ID is for our protection.”
