βWent to get keys made with my 3 year old, the gentleman was so patience, me getting my change and made my the key. Nice people and able to make the key Homedepot and Lowes couldn't do. 5 stars ?β
βWonderful people! Anything I need even if itβs not in store - they can easily get it. I was even offered a water while I was shopping - just thought it was a nice touch because what other hardware store does that. Iβve actually even gotten some gifts for people here. They have great lawn accessories especially around the holidays.β

βI highly recommend southampton tractor supply. I purchased a new BadBoy Maverick Zero Turn from this store and the staff was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out today and i appreciate that since i was having a string of bad luck all day.
They even delivered it for me which was a huge help.

βI love this place! If you don't feel like driving over to HomeDepot or Lowes, check the Harbor Freight in store app site first. They will usually have the part or tool you may be looking for. The staff is helpful and friendly and the equipment I've purchased in the past is top notch!β
βJohn was a phenomenal customer service rep who was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my urgent request to have 6 golf cart keys made up! Two thumbs up and 5 stars for him and his team! Will definitely be a repeat customer and will return for our companyβs hardware needs. Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks!!!β
βThe guys at Penndel hardware are second to done. My son, who is 4.5, has a favorite Christmas blow up. Well, Santa let this blow up come early as my son is fully potty trained. Well, guess what The blow up who name is Penguin shake would not shake. My son was so sad.
So, we took Penguin shake to the guys at the hardware store and they were able to fix him. They were so nice to my son and they said they will fix it. So they fixed and the next day he stopped working. We called and they said bring penguin shake back. They fixed it again and for no charge.
Great place and I highly recommend them. Now I know where to bring my Christmas blow ups too. Also, I am not very handy lol so if I have any projects. I am definitely going here ?β
βMy wife and I prefer Ace to the big box stores. On this occasion we went in to purchase a new key fob for her car. Chris provided us with excellent service. Glad we did not have to go to the Dealer!β

βAfter 60 years this place has sadly closed its doors for good it was in a very convenient location for the general public it served and I will miss this store very much it was a quick and easy alternative to the big box hardware stores with a mom and pop country vibeI hope someone buys this location and brings back the Ace Hardware part of itβ
βGreat family-owned & run store that covers a wide-range of items; friendly, helpful service & quickly gets to know & welcome repeat customers. Couple yrs ago when I left my credit card behind, he kept locked in drawer & soon as I came in, he let me know he had it waiting for me [unlike the 1x it dropped out of my pocket at nearby Family Dollar & saw online where I last used it--well in was there but left laying in full view in an unlocked drawer yp near register; NOT in locked drawer or managers offc!
Only problem I've had at JVs is that when I get distracted (or more often lately as I'm getting older), I forget or think of something I need--preferably nearby, quick & reasonable priced-- I rush out the door & realize its 7:30 or after [or earlier on Sun] & realized they are closed ? so addl hours are only thing I'd prefer .. but that's just me being needy & greedy bc I know they need time-off/family time!?β?β?β?β
βI believe the lady At the desk her name was Katherine. She was very knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile throughout our entire interaction. I came in having trouble trying to locate a certain fitting and without me even Fully explaining what I needed She already knew what I was talking about and I was in and out in less than five minutes. These types of interactions are what keeps people coming backβ

Being disabled doesn't mean you can't continue to move forward, when I got my yerf dog go cart I always needed someone to drive me, well I modified my predator 212 motor with a stage three performance kit, governor removed then I made hand controls for my throttle and brake.β
βExcellent place. Great selection of building materials, including some hard to find stuff. I needed 5/8 cement board for a project. I couldn't find it anywhere and they had it in stock. Great crew both inside and in the warehouse. I appreciated their help and knowledge.β

βGreat people there. I couldn't find a value stem for my shower on my 1998 boat. The manufacturer was out of business and no inventory exited. They rebuilt the old stem I had . The parts cost was 37 cents and they refused to charge the time they spent doing it. Will always use them 1st.β

βThey have one of the largest selections of lighting fixtures that I have ever seen in one location. If you are looking for any type of light/lamp and you cannot find something there your not going to find it anywhere.β
βI went in there for some hooks and things for hanging up yard tools saw things like that also hanging bikes in the barn. Anything and everything I wanted was right there I didnβt have to go from store to store to store so whenever you need anything for the home or the yard go to Home Depot there with us.β
