“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again!
