“My mom and I went to the store and both got our feet analyzed. After I got my feet analyzed, it turned out that I was wearing the wrong size sneaker. The salesperson that we had was Emmanuel. and he was excellent. He knew a lot about the sneakers, and all the products in the store. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend visiting the store for your next pair of sneakers. It was a great experience. They also email you the scan of your feet with a breakdown of everything. It was well worth it.”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”
“Stopped in the short hills location earlier today to pick up a few pairs I had ordered online. They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. I had no hope I could get everything on my list there in just one stop but I got all I needed to run a high-powered extension cord outside & adapters for my new router setup, get the party decorations needed for my friend's son's 1st birthday party and several types of containers & storage solutions to organize make everything in my tiny bathroom.Headline Point - BEFORE SPENDING DOUBLE THE MONEY COME HERE...like me you may just luck out and end up saving more than half you would have spent elsewhere elsewhere!??”

“This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. My father has very wide feet and foot swelling due to health issues and Walk Well was able to accommodate him because they have larger sizes in stock including size 15 EEE. Over the course of 2 hours my father tried on over 20 pairs of shoes before he finally chose one and the salesman was so patient and gracious with him the entire time. We will definitely be back.”

“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”

“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”
