“My mom and I went to the store and both got our feet analyzed. After I got my feet analyzed, it turned out that I was wearing the wrong size sneaker. The salesperson that we had was Emmanuel. and he was excellent. He knew a lot about the sneakers, and all the products in the store. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend visiting the store for your next pair of sneakers. It was a great experience. They also email you the scan of your feet with a breakdown of everything. It was well worth it.”
“King Julius was an amazing employee making my shopping experience very easy. Got the gait test and found out more about my feet than I ever thought I needed. Bought my first pair of running shoes that fit just perfect thanks to King Julius being knowledgeable and giving me different shoe recommendations based on my feet analysis. He was not pushy and very patient while I tried on numerous brands. Highly recommend for new runners and experts of all kinds. They have wild selection and you will definitely find something.”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

However, wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carol - she was working the fitting room when it got so busy and she handled herself so well, and was so helpful. The firing rooms never got sloppy, she maintained all the go backs well, just a huge shout to her and her calm demeanor.”

“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”

I had an outstanding experience at this location.
From the moment I entered, every staff member greeted me warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere. Though some of the shoe styles I wanted weren’t available in my size, the associate with dreads (apologies for not catching his name) went above and beyond. He offered thoughtful recommendations, showed me various options, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. His attentive and professional service made my visit exceptional.
This level of customer care makes all the difference — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location 100%.”

My father has very wide feet and foot swelling due to health issues and Walk Well was able to accommodate him because they have larger sizes in stock including size 15 EEE. Over the course of 2 hours my father tried on over 20 pairs of shoes before he finally chose one and the salesman was so patient and gracious with him the entire time. We will definitely be back.”

“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”
