“We had a great experience with Lakes Appliance! We purchased a new range and microwave, and the installation was seamless from start to finish. The installers were professional, friendly, and took great care in our home. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything when they were finished, and made sure everything was installed perfectly.
What really stood out was that they went above and beyond. They noticed our front door hinge was loose and took a few minutes to tighten the screws and fix it for us. They certainly didn't have to do that, but it was such a thoughtful gesture and speaks to the level of customer service they provide.
I highly recommend Lakes Appliance and will definitely use them again for future appliance purchases!”

“I am truly saddened to hear that this location is closing and moving operations to another state. Stores like this are hard to replace because of the incredible people who work here.
I recently came in looking for a replacement refrigerator. Unfortunately, the exact refrigerator I had taken a photo of had already been purchased earlier that day. I thought I was out of luck, but Jawan Steek went above and beyond to help. He took the time to go to the back and speak with Sam Serarro to see if there were any other options available.
To my surprise, they were able to offer me a comparable refrigerator at the exact same price and it turned out to be an even better model than the one I originally wanted!
Jawan and Sam delivered the kind of customer service that every retailer should strive for. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. They didn’t just make a sale; they created an outstanding customer experience.

“I chose the standard version with the XLR cable and I am using it with my new Zoom F3.
I am not a sound engineer or any sort of specialist but I appreciate sound probably more than most and I wanted to be able to record my own binaural tracks.
I mainly use it for my walks in the city or indoors when there are more people around.
I have heard binaural recordings before but the first time I listened to my own recording with these mics, I was still surprised and I did look around in the direction where the sound was coming from.
When I go for my walks I start with the recording in the appartment, followed by the building hallway, the garage and finally the outside.
The recordings are very detailed and accurate, the distinction between the different environments is as clear as in real life.
I am listening to my recordings directly from my Zoom F3 , unprocessed, but I am using a pair of Etymotic ER4XR ,in-ear monitor headphones. They do an amazing job of reproducing the recording as neutral as possible.
I am as pleased as I expected to be with this setup. I put the F3 in my jeans front pocket and I am ready to go.
Even though everything about these mics is delicate, I do not feel like they will break.
They seem pretty solid but I would still advise careful handling.
