“I train once a week with Stephanie Krupa at Q-Performance Training Center, and she is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Stephanie helped me define my fitness goals, and then she put together a program that she tracks to ensure I am progressing. She is a positive and enthusiastic coach with endless new ideas for workouts.The gym itself is well-equipped and feels like a genuine place to work out, as opposed to an Equinox, which seems overly manicured for a gym. Q-Performance is a great place to train, and the members seem serious and courteous.I highly recommend Q-Performance for people in the area who are serious about fitness and looking for a local gym.”

“Fit 4 All NY is an amazing establishment with plenty of great equiptment. The gym is always kept very clean and the employees are always attentive and friendly. This is the first gym where I have felt very comfortable at. I look forward to going and always feel amazing when I leave. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape and to any age group. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified.”

“Iron Bodyfit is my Gym! Love the concept and format while I have a gym and pool in my building I’m lazy to find motivation to train for hours. This 25mn exercise with electro stimulation is perfect for me. Quick but very satisfying. Feeling energized for the rest of the day. Alex and James are great coaches who know how to push your limits. No more back and knee pain anymore.”

“I recently joined Orangetheory in truth, because it was the closest gym to my house. I wasn’t sure how I felt about all the numbers and the heartbeat ratings, but I’m now onto my fourth class in a week, and I’m thrilled to be here! It turns out that heartbeat assessment actually makes me feel safe when I’m pushing things and allows me to push harder! The workouts are so varied-I love that each time there’s something new. The Instructors have been so caring. I’m likely 20 to 40 years older than anyone in the class! And the instructors help me know what workouts will be best for me and safest.There is an atmosphere of joy and good spirit here. So grateful that this is where I’ve joined.!”

Both Preston and Juan make it a warm and inviting positive atmosphere where everyone from the novice and the expert feel comfortable. “Six months ago I couldn't put my left shoe on standing up and and was constantly plagued by small injuries from lifting and running and doing races. Now I'm in my 40s I figured, welp that's it, welcome to middle age.. all downhill from here.Think again!When I go on vacation or travel for work or miss a week or two for any reason I feel the old injuries creeping back. I can hold it off by simulating the workouts but always desperate to get the real thing again.Thanks Mike and Rich and team for resetting the clock for me!”

I’ve been working out for 30 years, strength, training and cardio, but this incorporates weight training with functional exercise. The coaches are educated which is very important and extremely motivating. Really like the camaraderie, and the workouts are exceptional.”
