It should be a model in customer service followed by all xfintiy stores.
During the weekend I had the opposite customer experience at the Union NJ location where I waited for a significant period od time with nobody actually carining eneough to help me.
First, Bryan quelled any angst the moment I walked through the door - asking for my name and we will see what my issue is in couple of minutes.
My phone was not charging for three days.
The charging port was damaged.
Instead of many costly options other individuals had reccomended!
He informed me my Motorola Razr maintained wireless charging capabilities that I was not aware of!
He showed me in the store and allowed me to charge it in the store.
It's difficult in this world to actually deal with people who genuinley listen and care about solving your problems.

“Am been with Xfinity internet and Xfinity mobile since 2020. I usually try online customer service and i end up spending a lot of time and at times just live with the issues..
recently after futile online complaints visited this store and they were able to resolve the issue on the spot after fair discussion on available resolution options and also supported with all queries.
I want to Thank Josh and his manager who went above and beyond for their support. I strongly recommend visiting the store than dealing with online customer service.”

Despite the stressful, unfortunate situation that we experienced during the first 30 minutes in the store, once Zachary took it over he was able to make a bad situation excellent. He provided stellar, compassionate stress-free service and should be commended for his knowledge and kindness.
