“LOVE SHOPPING HERE! This place is tiny but mighty! I’m always discovering new and intriguing products. You can tell everything is mindfully curated, from the fresh produce to the unique pantry items in every new health trend variety imaginable. So many healthy, fun and delicious alternatives if you’re on any specific diet or just generally health conscious. I feel great shopping here!”
“just got the roast beef + cheddar onion gravy sandwich and it blew my t*ts off. $8?? anywhere else around here they'd bang you $13 for a sandwich that delicious and for that portion.. Next time I want a breakfast sandwich im going here too, $4 flat for a pork roll egg and cheese is very rare these days, whether you're in Hoboken or nowhere, new jersey... that is a good deal. seems like every bagel joint in this town tries swindling customers $6 or $7 for that same sandwich.... no thanks!!”
“Always friendly, clean, well-stocked. They are my go-to place when I’m in town and conveniently located. The prices are pretty typical for Hoboken (high) but the selection can’t be beat. Happy to support this local business!”
“Near by place in Hoboken to buy groceries and all other stuff..
Easy billing process.
You can also buy shoprite card so that you can collect coins and redeem for next purchase”
“The best butcher ever - Nick Alave !!! Caring, respectful, thoughtful - listens to what you want. Every time we order meat from Nick for family gatherings -sheer perfection - still talking about Easter Prime Rib”
“Highly recommend the bakery! I ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday. There’s lots of bakery options in Hoboken but the price quotes I got from other bakeries were x2-x3. Affordable and they did a great job!! I’d definitely return for future parties.”
“The new owners have changed the look ad quality of this place completely. They make sure everything is cleaned, fresh, and organized. Good coffee and breakfasts. Prices are fair. Very nice convinient store.”
“A staple on 3rd and Jackson Street in Hoboken,Nj along with the mini mall from the projects. They make great hero sandwiches and it come with a can soda for only $6.50 you can't beat that. You can pay cable and gas bill there as well. They make great breakfast sandwiches, coffee, hot chocolate fresh rolls and its a little grocery store so you can get odds and ends. The people there are friendly.”
“Best liquor store within 30 min! I'm just visiting and went to 4 liquor store and nothing compares to this place! You won't regret it highly recommend!”
“I love that this is NOT a humongous grocery store, but carries a good variety of produce, deli, and other items. Staff is wonderful. I like the layout of the store. Downside: the PRICES are VERY high---way, way higher on just about everything as compared to ShopRite or Trader Joe's (or even Whole Foods). Milk is twice as expensive. Fresh herbs, fresh seafood, poultry--all WAY more expensive than ShopRite's down the street.
It is like a convenience store for people who make a fortune on Wall Street. That's why I don't buy that much there.
Exception: Rotisserie chickens are just $6.99 on Tuesday--that is a very good deal, but the only one I can think of off hand. Otherwise, I think of it as an overpriced convenience store. Fine if you do not care about how much you spend on food. (Most people do care...)”
“the place is OK, i mean you pay for proximity and covenience and i dont mind that, but i didnt like that the prices were not visible for all products as i needed to buy something but also didnt have cash and needed to get to the 10$ card threshold. Ended up buying a really nasty nut mix which was 'expiring in 2023' but i guess that was a joke. Other than that, they do have an OK range of products.”
“This is where my family purchased groceries during the pandemic. The doors open directly to the outside so the ventilation is excellent. They have very fresh fruit and baked goods such as bread, cookies and cakes. The sushi and prepared foods are restaurant quality, and they have a nice selection of gourmet groceries including cheese, pasta and olives.”
“If you want liquor on a Tuesday night for instance at 230am. Go here. Idk how he pulls it off in this cookie cutter yuppy town, but he does. BUT. Be prepared to spend lol supply and demand at its finest. Only place open and selling alcohol on this side of the pond”

“I love it here. I live midtown Hoboken and ACME is practically next door but I still come here because of three main reasons. Price, quality and speed. I can do whole my shopping in 15 minutes. The food is high quality and not expensive either. So even though I have to walk here 10 minutes to shop, I prefer this place and if I take the car out then hands down this my go to place. I stopped going Costco and will cancel my membership because when all things considered, it is not worth keeping it.
I have a confession though, I use Walgreens’ parking lot. Trader Joe’s please make a deal with Walgreens so that I don’t feel bad using their lot.”
