Thankfully Avocado respected a huge discount offered to us here at the Hoboken location more than a year before the frame's price started to skyrocket. We really appreciated that. Kudos.
There were plenty of organizational and communication problems when it came to receiving the items and what services were in fact included (i.e., disposal of the old stuff). More clarity and fewer mixed messages would have been greatly appreciated. It was an unpleasant experience.”
