“I came here to get a link to recommend this mattress to a friend and was surprised to see some of the reviews. This is my 3rd year sleeping on my king-size Bear and my back has never felt better. We originally purchased it because I was having lower back issues. I do agree with the reviewer who mentioned the corners sinking in. I've never had an issue since I tend to sit on the side of the bed and not the corners. Just did a little corner test and it sinks a little but I am still supported by my platform bed frame. I highly recommend this mattress. So far it has not lost any shape, even after moving to a new place and having a toddler who likes to sneak and jump on it. This bed is firm but still comfortable. When I lie down I sink at the perfect depth to keep me cozy through the night.”

“The staff were very attentive and I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me a mattress. They cares about the way I slept and finding me the perfect fit. They also were very realistic with how my back would adjust and showed me all options including firmness and price range. Delivery was super easy, came the next day. They wouldn't deliver my mattress unless someone was physically there, so it made it in my apartment safely. There were a ton of mattresses in the store to test out and for ones they didn't have in the store, they had the logistics on how many coils, and other data for other mattresses that weren't available. Big shout out to David for being the sweetest salesman and Mark for being a supportive manager. Also, you're able to return or replace your mattress within 120 days, you only have to spend $200 to do so.”

“This establishment is now called Mattress Warehouse.I was leaving Ulta and decided to stop in as I had some free time for browsing. Upon walking in, I was impressed by the number of mattress models; I feel like all retailer stores have the bare minimum regarding selection nowadays. We were greeted and Felix was able to assist me in my search. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He didn't rush me, I tested out many mattresses and decided to leave the store with purchasing one. From the time he met us to the time I left, I felt like we were handled with stellar, professional customer service (dying trait nowadays). When I walked into this store i didn't imagine that the costumer service from the workers was going to be that good but I was sorprised.
