The location is great but be warned. The elevators are ALWAYS broken, even though they spent 12 months “modernizing” them. The maintenance staff is great though.

They don’t do tours and make the brokers tour their clients yet they don’t pay brokers a fee. They charge an additional “admin fee” of $2,000 just to apply! Disappointing to say the least - my clients were not happy.

Would never recommend living here to anyone. Slum lords. Charges you $1000 for paint when you move out. Only one active elevator (over 2-3 years) on a 9 floor building. Use caution!!!!
