“Went for a toddlers first passport with picture. They require you arrive 10-15 minutes early which I did, but got served 15 minutes late. Costumer service is kind and considerate, but for appointments for passport, expect delays.”

“How odd it feels to rate a post office but the experience here just had to be noted! This place is the most efficient and pleasant post office our family has experienced. Service for 2 children’s passports including photos. Appointments easily made online and promptly assisted once we arrived. The staff (2 ladies) were so warm and patient, made the experience fun for our kids, way less stressful for us parents. But on top of the manner, these 2 were an efficient team! Communication top notch to help move us and other clients along, detailed paperwork reviewed thoroughly and quickly, passports arrived quickly without issue. Truly a great office and wonderful staff!”

“I entered the Howell Staples store seeking direct assistance to copy photos for an ancestor wall in my home. I was at an important phase in the project, and I needed the support of someone on staff who was well-versed, patient, and could provide suggestions. How fortunate for me that, Lelaine, the store Assistant Manager stepped in to assist me. WOW! Talk about someone focused, professionally competent, patient, and courteous. Lelaine was all that, and, as it's said, "A side of fries!" I left the store with more than I could have hoped for with the quality of the photos and food for thought she provided regarding completing the ancestor wall in my home. I am so grateful that Lelaine stepped in to provide me with GOLD STAR customer service!
I would also like to thank a young man, Sebastian, who was the employee that initially approached me. Although other customers were seeking his attention he took the time to provide courteous initial assistance before Lelaine stepped in to contribute her expertise and complete the service needed.

Held the door and assisted where needed. They accepted a coupon and wrote on another that would have been expired that they would accept it again. “USPS is the best mail delivery system in the world!! They work day in, day out, delivering mail no matter what the weather is! Also they have very convenient drop off bins all over town. And you can drop off big packages here as well. Btw you don't have to wait on line if you got a big package, you could go to the right side of the building through the second door and there are bins to place them. Great system. Very well organized. Nice staff.”

“A recent trip to Staples was very successful. I was looking to replace a failed printer. 9i found one that met my needs, was on sale and offered a trade in, enabling me to unload the broken printer through their system. I was very happy with the whole process.”
“I rate this PO at a 5 star for the simple reason that they are understaffed and still do a great job. Yes it's crowded sometimes but the counter people do take alot of abuse and sarcastic remarks from unpleasant customers who defenatly don't understand customer service and got nothing else to complain about. I'm a bulk shipper and drop off packages daily and weekly, sometimes I do need to wait in line but all the times I did, the counter person was always so nice and helpful. When I needed a supervisor they came out rather quick and did help me when I had some issues with tracking. Overall I want to tell everyone to just be patient and understand it's not the workers, it's the understaffed of the po. Remember, it's a small po with thousands of packages to be delivered, sorted etc...I have no issues and thank those who actually stay there Even through the tough times. I feel your pain as a customer so I Crack a joke with ya when I approach your desk! Keep up the good work...”

“I’m giving 4 stars bc I brought a pool vacuum which cost me over 100$ along with a 20$ item back for Amazon returns. . Somehow only the 20$ item was scanned and went through the return process. I would have given One star if it wasn’t for TOM. Tom was SUPER friendly . Went out of his way to try and help me find where my package could have been sent and why it wasn’t showing in the system. He was courteous, Friendly, and chose to go out of his way to try and help me when another worker said “ sorry there’s nothing I can do “ TOM GETS A FIVE STAR RATING and is the ONLY reason I’m not leaving a negative review over all. He absolutely has manager qualities and knows how to take control of a situation with respect and a smile while still remaining professional. I’m not sure if I will get the money back for my lost item due to my mistake of not checking that the receipt did in fact have both items on it, but dealing with tom is the only reason I would even return to this store after someone else made the mistake of not scanning my more expensive item for return.”
