“Best service I ever got from a phone store. Better than Tmobile and At&t store service. He didn't let me leave out the store without a phone. He worked with me even though I was 40 dollars short of.the.phone I wanted. But he hooked it up nd made it happen. This store is what you call a community and neighborhood store. He knows everyone in the area. Whether or not you got boost service. That guy deserves a definite raise or something. He honestly cares and goes above and beyond for any of his customers. Don't think ill be going anywhere else as long as he has this store open”

All it took was one trip to this location and Michelle handled it in about 24 hours. I’m forever grateful for her taking the time out of her day to day duties to help me. Thank you! “Four stars for four very helpful staff members, especially Lugo. We struggled to get a new line for over 7 hours (1 hour via live chat, 1 hour via phone operator, 4 hours traveling, and another hour in store). It was a weirdly peculiar case, but it finally got resolved. Minus one star though for who seemed to be the manager. She didn’t look us in the eye, told her staff that they couldn’t help us, and walked away. We were visibly distressed and remained calm and respectful. I think it would’ve been better service if she as the manager found more effective ways to explain the issues they’re facing, instead of how she approached the situation. Thankfully, staff members periodically checked in on us, communicated effectively and cordially, and eventually solved the issue (after the manager was gone).”
