I have never seen a company so willing to help a customer with product information and time spent on answering questions. Tyler Long Has been amazing every time I consult with him on questions about products. Usually I don’t have any questions because he is so thorough in his presentations and questions and answers calls. I have also never had a question that the customer service team couldn’t answer or help me with. They are always there, happy to help and are live human beings that, sorry, speak good English”

“This was a wonderful experience. Julia. T technician perfectly understood what was required.
I called as I could not access my internet on t TV. Julia patiently worked to get t internet visible at my end. As soon as the internet was visible, my password was. not working. After some brain storming she suggested we remove a symbol on t password and re-try it again. This time round it worked perfectly and I had the much awaited movie day I was looking for.
I was in particular impressed by t patience and professionalism. She talked me through the entire process and was ready to spend any amount of time to get my issue resolved.
The service could not get any better. Please keep it up.”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

Then fortune struck when I was sent over to speak with Tee. She asked about my visit and I explained to her what brought me in. She went right to work and within a few minutes resolved the problem. “I went in for a simple phone upgrade and encountered issues brought on by a bug in Verizon's back end that required the transaction be canceled and re-submitted. John Cruz was helping me and - while the two hour experience of sitting in the Verizon store with two non functional phones stunk - I have to commend him for his patience and communication throughout the process. After initiating the trade-in, John flagged an issue that he suspected based on similar problems other customers had, then got on the phone with Verizon HQ immediately. While my new phone was synching, he was working diligently to address the issue with the trade in, even helping other customers while on hold. I was still there for what felt like days, but I know it would have been even longer if John didn't work proactively to get things fixed as soon as he saw an issue.”
