“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“Amazing place, I have a non verbal autistic kid, I take him with me every time I mail somethings, I can’t believe there is one staff she colored her hair with red wine color, she is very sweet with my kid, my son makes some loud noises, she never show any kind of faces instead she always say hi and greet us happily!”

“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

As soon as I stepped into the tiny office I was greeted by a friendly worker named Renee, who definitely made my day just by being so animated and kind. “I’m not surprised this post office has only 2.5 stars. I’ve been to the Milltown location before, but during a recent visit I encountered a postal clerk who made a disrespectful comment to me. The experience was upsetting enough that I submitted a formal complaint — something I’ve never done before. While other staff have been courteous in the past, this interaction broke the tone I expect from USPS. I will not be returning to this location. If zero stars were possible, I would give it. Customer service matters — especially in public service — and tone awareness should be a priority.”

“We had an extremely critical package that we needed to intercept. I called to ask for help and the manager was super helpful. He made time for us, explained what we can and cannot do. In the end, he made it happen and it receiving it on time really really impacted our life. We take mail service for granted but forget how critical it is. Thank you!”
“Bound Brook Post Office on Mountain is very good -- longer hours on Saturday which is helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the service at this office is very good.”

Having just moved to Dayton at the beginning of the pandemic, it took awhile before I actually went to this post office. I was ordering stamps etc online.I have been to many post offices in my 58 years and this one is a gem! I cannot understand how this has such low reviews??? The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, organized and kind! They have every priority mail supply you could want and the line moves swiftly.
