“Much thanks to Josh and Mavel, they were super friendly and professional.
My car was in the shop for a day so I need to rent a car for a day and get my car back from shop the next day.
As a president circle member, they were able to give me the key of the car within 5 minutes, and it was a free upgrade from economy to a bronco sport(not my favorite TBH but way better than Spark that I booked).
The next day, my car was not ready on time so I would need to return late. They were kind enough to give me the 4 hour grace period as a president circle member, and they even give me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. The return is also super easy, and this might be my best renting experience from Hertz ever.”
