“This is THE BEST place to rent a vehicle. The employees are polite, helpful, and kind. They go above & beyond for you.I used their service about a week ago, accidentally left behind a small wallet with important papers as well as some VERY sentimental pictures. ROSE called me personally to arrange returning it to me. 50 STARS for Rose! This meant so much & she went out of her way to make sure I got it back. I can't tell you how much this meant to me.Jim & I used this place for years for our summer camping vacations. I'm so glad they're still in business. I hope they continue for many years.RENT HERE! “My husband and I had to get our car serviced while traveling... we ended up stranded and having the car towed to this dealership in the middle of the night. Absolutely fantastic service and Phil is my hero! He went above and beyond.Phil talked to me in the morning and the part was a day away. I explained my family was stranded, we live 4 hours away and my son is missing school. We needed to get home that day so I could get my dog and get my son back in school. I asked if there was anyway he could get the repair that day given the situation....otherwise I would have to rent a u-haul and tow it home myself. Phil called around to other dealerships and found the parts we needed. He got our car back to us and working by 2pm so we could finally head home and even topped off the fluids in the car and fixed a pesky batter cable to ensure we wouldn't have any more issues getting home. He went above and beyond so my family could make it home safely and we are truly grateful for his help and amazing customer service.”

He was so prompt in communicating and went the extra mile to help me get into a car! When I got the car he was so helpful with explaining everything and setting me up! “This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..Steve is a great guy and bc of him I've not had any car aggravation for quite some time now..the prices are reasonable and he also works with you if your not mechanically inclined he will break down what's important to be repaired and what also needs repairing but isn't so urgent idk any mechanics that do this...this is the only place I bring my vehicles!!!”

“I needed a rental same day and Ro and Dom came through. I spoke with Dom first and he gave me a quote over the phone and reserved a vehicle for me. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it turns out I accidentally called the Fairfield location instead of the Short Hills location I intended. However, Ro connected with Dom and was able to get me a vehicle quickly and honored the price that Dom quoted. The process was fast and convenient and I appreciated the service.”

“I had booked a rental on a 3rd party website a day before and when I went to pick the car they did not have one at the location. They couldn't call me to inform since the website didn't update my phone number on the booking. Gentleman at the office was helpful he arranged a car I had booked at another location and dropped me there to pick the car.”
“Last minute rental and I was able to drop off at a different location. Nice car for the price. Since I return the car a day early, I was only charged for the number of days I've used. That's a plus of them for being flexible.”
