“Great experience I had today at this Target location this morning. From the minute I walked in, a very friendly employee greeted me with saying good morning and how are you? That is so rare to see these days to be greeted professionally and genuinely immediatedly upon entering a retail environment. If the employee was hired for holiday help and not a regular full time employee, please consider keeping her on the team after the holiday season is over because even as I was walking to retrieve my items, I could overhear her greeting customers as they entered Target. I was able to find exactly what I needed from another helpful employee immediatedly upon request. The checkout service was also a breeze thanks to my cashier by the name of Brian. He was very patient, kind and I didn't feel rushed in the least. If this is a sample of how this Target branch operates now, they will go places.”

“Very clean and organized store with great finds! They have a great selection of furniture (sofas, chairs, stools, end tables, coffee tables, mirrors, etc.). I personally really like the selection of coffee table books. I didn’t take a picture, but they have a variety of beautiful books perfect to give any area in your home a touch of luxury. I also like the greeting card selection. They’re all $3 or less and much more extravagant than your average $6-$8 drugstore cards. Overall there were some great finds here and the shopping experience was made even better by the organization and cleanliness of the store.”

“We went into JCPenney for our son’s 1st Birthday photos. I’ve never hired anyone professionally and so I was a bit nervous about this experience. My son walks and runs everywhere and I wasn’t sure if he would stay still. The photographer we had was Tanner. Tanner was patient with us and our son, he played with him and interacted. It was a lot of fun honestly. We had a lot of options in photos to choose from. I never once felt uncomfortable and I’m extremely satisfied with our first experience.”

Last night as she was explaining to a Florida grandson the latest on her medical journey.....the phone died. She was able to borrow a neighbor's phone and called her "plan" to ask what happened?.....The answer was ....."This plan will cease immediately for ALL" Judy frantically explained her medical frailty.....the reply...'We do not care! Goodbye!'....well just so you know.....Hospitals call her, Doctors call her.....I am telling you all this to explain 'OSL Tim's' depth of character and his commitment to excellence!Judy wanted to see if Neptune Walmart could turn her phone back on...... So with Walker in hand as a guide and two of her Senior BFFs She came on Tuesday afternoon ....and met #OSL TIM! What a fine example of a GREAT TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST! Tim practiced a. Active Listening, b. Effective Communication, c. Adaptibility, and d. an abundance of product knowledge on both plans and phones geared exclusively to an age group.Best Outcome Scenario....Judy found a phone...loves it...price was doable. All data was ported to new phone. Yes. Thank you #OSL TIM whose expertise performed was above and beyond. Please reward. #OSL TIM is the BEST.”

“Away for the Thanksgiving holiday and as usual, we set aside a few hours to shop those Black Friday specials.Loved all the excellent associates who walk through the store to ask if we needed help finding things, the assortment of sale and holiday merchandise that looked surprisingly organized and the immediate check out! We managed to find a few great deals plus some core items during our visit.The one manager, Alexis, (?) was hustling from register to register, stepping in to help the cashiers and answering radio calls, multi-tasking her duties. Great store.”
