From our first meeting with Charlene, we felt at home. Laura helped us with the process of switching banks, and has been just as helpful (along with the rest of the staff) when we experienced a hacking issue. The staff at the Point Pleasant branch knows their customers by name, and the service they provide is outstanding. We also like how the bank invests in the community-not many banks do that anymore. After leaving the absolute trash pile of a PNC in Barnegat...managed by the most unhelpful, rude shrew of a woman I've ever met. To think she was even being paid for making PNC look that bad blows my mind. Needless to say I had low hopes walking into the next PNC location. I was already extremely upset, but that was changed immediately after being greeted by Kori. She made the simple process of getting a cashiers check...SIMPLE. Not only that, throughout the entire process she was so kind, caring, and polite. No one wants to be at work, but you couldn't tell for a second with her. She was bubbly, accurate, professional, and everything you could ever ask for as an employer. Was literally going to switch banks until that encounter. Turns out its the locations not the people. Thank you Kori for making such a rough day SO much better. Walked in miserable, walked out with a pep in my step. I hope someone sees this that can give her the recognition she deserves. People are getting nastier by the day, and this was the most refreshing experience. THANK YOU KORI!”

“The tellers are very friendly and they make you actually male you want to bank at the bank. It's very clean in the inside and when I need to speak to somebody besides a teller I only wait less than 5 minutes every time. Everything is always explained to me very clearly when opening a new account or a business account or money market account etc. I would recommend this bank for anybody in the general area because they are very accurate friendly and most of all convenient. Very professional staff that actually know what they are talking about ?.”
