“I always have the best experience at this UPS Store! I come here often to return Amazon packages, and VK and the entire staff are absolutely amazing every single time. They’re patient, professional, and go above and beyond—especially when I show up with so many returns. They make the whole process fast and stress-free.
The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.
Highly recommend this UPS Store at 448 Chamberlain Ave. Great service, great staff, and always a positive experience!

“I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.
They saved my butt! And all over the phone.”

My only complaint is that the store receipt does not provide a UPS scannable code to integrate with the UPS Customer App.
Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.
Very efficient with efficient and polite staff.
I highly recommend their services.”

I was taken care of by a young man (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was so kind and helpful. Even took the heavy package to my car. I went there on June 25th around 5:30ish. “Nice lady at the front name Constance (Connie) is very polite and patient. She’s very knowledgeable about retail and is the passport agent there. She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything. Customers come in are very disrespectful to the staff I have never seen her loose herself dealing with the public can be very challenging.”
