I called in the morning to tell her I was picking up my order and she was just like a breath of fresh air ... so personable and helpful. When I got to the store she greeted me with a smile and was kind enough to load the item in the car for me. Customer service is a rare commodity nowadays - please don't take her for granted!! Thank you all, for the quick turnaround of my online order. I had to drive up from Brick because no store near me had stock on this item. However, with service like this, I might land up being a regular customer!”

    “It is a smaller grocery store compared to belmar Shoprite or Wegmans. Although, living around town you can find what you need with a liquor store attached. They stock a lot of different products in that store ? I would recommend. It's clean and the workers are helpful. Plenty of parking. Can get in and out pretty fast. Has a small bakery, deli, and butcher section.”

    “Boscovs has a large inventory of womens clothing and their prices are very reasonable. the fitting rooms are large enough so you can sit down while trying on clothing. They have shopping carts which I find very helpful when you are walking around the store with assorted clothes in your hands, Macys on the other hand does not supply the shoppers with any shopping carts, which I find to be very inconvenient. Recently I was shopping for a dress to wear for a wedding, I found a beautiful dress at boscovs and the price for the dress was excellent.”

I have shopped there for many years. My new bank Kohls card had arrived and I had not activated it yet, but they helped resolve the issue. The staff at the Brick store has always been a 5-star crew!”

Eventually they succeeded with total professionalism, The gal helping me at the return counter was more that efficient, showed such calmness and patience. She is a gem. The gal at checkout was just as helpful when I couldn't find the item that was on display.....she actually went and looked and found the item in question. DONT do that lol I had to take them back. I tried a large on and then a medium. The medium was perfect and the wide legs are completely fine. Not way over wide.”

    “Walking into this Burlington is like entering a war zone disguised as retail therapy. The aisles smell faintly of regret and discount cologne. The racks are overflowing with clothes that are either last season or pre-apocalypse stuff sometimes both. At the front, you're greeted by the security guard, who looks like he got drafted by accident and spends most of his shift holding a radio like it's a life raft. Frail doesn't even begin to cover it - I half expected him to shatter if someone sneezed too hard. Somehow, he still manages to silently judge everyone while looking like a paper cut away from collapse. The shoppers? A masterclass in survival instincts. Shopping carts collide like bumper cars, and there's always that one person who treats the clearance rack like a battlefield. It's chaos, it's absurd, it's beautiful. If you're into bargain hunting and low-key adrenaline, Burlington delivers. If you're looking for order, or strong security, maybe just... stay home and shop online.”

    “I love, love, love this shop. Everytime we come to visit our Daughter, we come here. The staff is amazing and I NEVER leave empty handed..Mother's Day weekend was no exception,. If you only have a short time to shop in this WONDERFUL, little beach town of Ocean Grove, don't miss this shop..they have everything. Top it off with lunch at the Seagrass Restaurant. I will never grow tired of going to the beach here, because it's quiet and doesn't have the noise, etc. Even though I enjoy cocktails, wine..it's so nice not to have the alcohol, the boom boxes, etc that's at Asbury Park beach. OG is the perfect place to enjoy the peace of listening to the ocean and the children play. Family oriented, so it works for me, since I've raised my family, but enjoy that there are no loud parties at the beach.”

    “Five star review for sales associate RYAN. 2 star review for Macys. Ryan approached me as I was looking at clearance shoes, size 11 asking me if I needed any assistance in my shopping. What a nice treasure to be greeted with someone asking to help support your shopping experience. Ryan made shoe suggestions that were helpful and searched for boots in my size. They don’t have any. They don’t have much. But Ryan printed out the locations that had my shoe and size. Super helpful Ryan and thank you! Your efforts are supremely appreciated. However, I have not been to Tom’s River Macys since I was 15. I’m now 42. Not impressed with the upkeep of this store. It looks like a dump. There were 4 empty and filthy fold out tables in the shoe department. The lighting is awful and it felt like a 3rd world shopping experience from my previous experiences with Macys in others cities and states, which have been better. I’m not sure I would go back even if I needed to and it was the most convenient location. Sorry Macys! Good choice on hiring Ryan though. He made my experience great. I wish you the best Ryan.”

    “We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
