He even came back later with his personal battery charger just to confirm the shops battery charger's readings. I can not say enough nice things about him or Clairmont Auto Body.”

She is always pleasant and reviews the rental cost and makes sure all questions are answered to my satisfaction. The pick up and returns are very smooth. This is the only location that I use.”
“The only complaint I have is that I have only found out about this location recently. This is my second time renting from this establishment and everything has been amazing. The owners great and very efficient. They take pride in their work and make sure all the vehicles they offer are well taken care of and well-maintained. The vehicle that I ended up getting needed to be cleaned and they took their time to make sure it was just perfect . I will definitely try to continue to rent all of my vehicles from them.”

“Rahway Enterprise 10/10. I believe names are Brennan and Dan, professional and excellent. Opened the door 20 minutes prior to store opening time to accommodate my early arrival instead of letting me stand out in the cold. I was in a rush to go to a weekend trip, and they gave me free upgrade and got me on the road by 9AM the time they are supposed to open. No hidden charges, no scam, no BS, just did what they said they would do and at a high level.”

I recently needed to rent a pickup truck for an excursion up in Hyannis, MA, because my everyday car just didn’t have the space to accommodate all of our gear. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was flawless.
The counter representative, Dwayne, was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. He clearly explained all the essentials—the insurance options, how the EZ Pass works, and the refueling policy if I didn't have time to top off the tank before returning it. In today's climate, it is so rare and refreshing to come across someone who is genuinely happy to help and actually wants to be there. He gave my morning a fantastic start.
To top it off, the rental price was great, especially since it included unlimited mileage.
That high level of professionalism and friendliness didn't stop at the front counter, either. Every single employee I encountered—from the team getting the vehicle ready, to the security gate staff, to the crew handling the return—was absolutely wonderful.
This is how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be renting from here again!”
“My insurance company provided me with a rental car after my recent automobile accident. I rented a Nissan Altima through my local Verona NJ Enterprise office. The office staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The car drove very well. I have nothing negative to report about the car and the Verona NJ Enterprise location.”

“The staff at the East Orange location were phenomenal. I initially rented a vehicle that unfortunately broke down, and the subsequent switch-out process—particularly involving the Wayne location—was extremely challenging and inconvenient. After approximately a week, the East Orange team was able to switch me into another vehicle, and for that I am very grateful.
While I would highly recommend the East Orange location, the switch-out process and the team responsible for coordinating it could benefit from additional training. After my vehicle broke down in Clifton, no replacement options were offered, so I took the initiative to contact approximately ten different locations myself before finally reaching Wayne, which agreed to the switch. When I called back to update my Uber destination from Clifton to Wayne, I was advised that I would need to remain in Clifton until a vehicle became available.
This resulted in my husband—who was waiting for me at dialysis—being picked up two hours late. I asked whether I could leave the vehicle and retrieve the replacement rental, but I was initially told no and informed that I would not be provided a second vehicle until the first was picked up. I was given a two-hour wait time; however, at the end of that period, the tow company notified me there would be an additional one-hour delay. At that point, they agreed to provide a second vehicle and complete the switch.
Despite the difficulties with the switch-out process, the East Orange staff were professional, helpful, and accommodating, and they ultimately made the situation right.”
“From the beginning of the process to the end, the Enterprise people made sure that my experience was hassle free and efficient. Paperwork (the contract) was complete by the time I arrived at the pick-up location and when I was done, the drop-off process was efficient and professional. Once again, the Enterprise staff was terrific as it has been every time I have rented a vehicle from this location in the past (from its Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ location).
