First, he totally gets how best to manage client expectations by explaining what the issue is with your vehicle, how best to treat the issue and what to expect upon completion. His work transformed my vehicle, and brought out a depth and tone to the original manufacturer’s paint that I didn’t know was still there. Then the ceramic coat he applied took it next level. You know your SUV is looking great when people in traffic are noticing and checking it out.
I’ll be returning to Jeff in the coming weeks for an engine bay cleaning (Jeff steam cleans this) and an interior detail. And I’m referring Jeff to everyone I know who wants their vehicle to look great, and just as important- work with a talented and conscientious professional who appreciates his clients and delivers great results.”

Thompson auto repair took the time out to address any issues that I was unaware of including some work that I previously had done at another shop in which they didn’t properly fix my vehicle correctly. Supposedly the shop replaced my spark plugs but never did. The owner/workers were very honest and helpful with me and showed me that my spark plugs was actually never changed. My car is running way better than before, thanks again. “I usually wash my own car, but when I don’t have time, this is the only place I’ll go. Yes, prices have gone up, but so has everything else. The quality hasn’t changed, and the guys here still do a great job.
Todd at the front desk always makes everyone feel welcome — he really makes the place what it is. As long as he’s there, I’ll keep coming back.
