“The best experience I have ever had buying a suit. Doing this as a larger gentleman can be embarrassing and tough. This was anything but. Sales associate Alex was quick and professional and took my preferences into account. Clearly a pro, his off the cuff suggestions were perfect and the fitting for a shirt took no time at all. There is no substitute for experience. I will be back to check out everything else they have to offer.”
“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”

I went here on a Monday and boy the customer service there is tremendous, i was shopping for my girlfriend who is turning 21 in eight days, Assistant Manager Kaitlyn super hepful even Manager Amanda even helped me find the perfect Fashion Jewelry to match the tops with for her especially their tanks and jewelry which was all 25% off sale markdowns which was AMAZING!! I Got the most stunning bracelet which the price dropped even more than the tops, In addition to my greatest experience with Free People i even had everything wrapped up in the store for Free at no additional charge. “Wanted to share that Tamara was on the sales floor, greeted me from the moment I came in. Almost immediately, asked me if I needed any help with anything & Made some suggestions based off what I was looking for. She was super attentive, but not hounding me. She started a fitting room for me and when I was trying on clothes she was bringing and exchanging clothes for me. Was very happy with her customer service.
Customer service is something that I find is lacking in a lot of retail nowadays, so I am thankful that Tamara was working when I was there shopping. Thank you, Tamara.”

“I needed an outfit for my mom’s funeral. I meandered around Macys for over an hour not being able to find anything that I thought was appropriate. Walked into WHBM in Bridgewater, NJ and explained my situation. They asked me what size I was and the sales associate picked out a whole bunch of clothes for me. I got lucky w the first outfit. She even helped me with accessories. I was super pleased and would go back there again!!!”

“Saw a review from a year ago and this store still has only one person working the shift. Alex (most pleasant associate) working today was very helpful and managed customers very well. Not sure how much hours she had been working however was calm and helped me and another customer at the same time. “My mom and I went to the store and both got our feet analyzed. After I got my feet analyzed, it turned out that I was wearing the wrong size sneaker. The salesperson that we had was Emmanuel. and he was excellent. He knew a lot about the sneakers, and all the products in the store. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend visiting the store for your next pair of sneakers. It was a great experience. They also email you the scan of your feet with a breakdown of everything. It was well worth it.”
