Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone.

As a not so young who isn’t tech-savvy, I was a bit nervous on handling everything, especially since I originally planned to do the renewal online.
