“Service and everyone was amazing. Very kind and very quick to get a solution. The only issue I had was when I opened the door to enter, an abhorrent concoction of a rancid smell exited the door with a fury. I could tell there was such a strong residing odor in the building as when I opened the door, there was a heavy draft of reek that tried to sweep me off my feet. As I walked inside and spoke with the representatives, I was fighting the inner urger to vomit from the dangerous sulfuric attack on my nasal cavity. It was like if someone decided to not shower for a month and eat nothing but garlic and Funyuns and then somehow infuse the floor carpeting with that stench. I am sure if a child under 2 years old were to enter, they would not be able to survive. I survived because my friend’s roommate was a man named Keyshawn Mason from Ohio, who would live in his own filth to such a degree where you could see mold growing from his bed. The stench that Keyshawn Mason was able to brew could have been considered a national level threat and not to dissimilar to a nuclear weapon. This Verizon store was pretty damn close to that level of putrid stench. To this Verizon establishment, please add an air freshener or remove the Funyun infused carpeting. Better yet, call the absolutely non-corrupt World Health Organization and let them explore this Verizon store and see if any new virus could be created from the biological warfare happening there.”

There was so many things I didn’t understand he was patient kind explained everything showed me receipts showed me all the things I was buying without my kids here I needed a lot of help and he was really really great. The MiFi hot spot powered my wife’s work laptop, her phone, son’s Nintendo connection, daughter’s apps at the same time with high speed.Costumer service via Whats App support was second to none. We were able to use two other phones over Wi-Fi on airplane mode in addition to the esim on mine.”

“I highly recommend seeing Xavier at this location. My father lost his phone and knows next to nothing about cell phones. I live over 2 hours away and I’m 8 months pregnant so driving to him wasn’t an option. Xavier was able to assist me over the phone so my father (who had zero phone to communicate with) could quickly pick up his new phone and have everything transferred over. I always worry that these authorized retailers will take advantage but I felt super comfortable with letting my dad get everything done at this location. This situation could have been such a headache but Xavier made sure it was smooth and super easy for everyone! Will definitely be using this location in the future.”

“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me. They regularly go above and beyond, a quality that I feel has been disappearing in our culture these days, and in turn they have my loyalty as a customer.”

“I AM BEYOND HAPPY! THEY FIXED MY PHONE! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, TRY THIS PLACE FIRST. Sales rep at T-Mobile wanted me to just do the replacement warranty for a new phone, but I was not okay with that. I wanted mine fixed. These guys are the biggest blessing. My phone was having connection issues to the network, they replaced my antenna for $130 and FIXED MY PHONE. The amount of relief is undescribable.
