“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”

I had to get a very large package down to Florida over a holiday weekend and he worked through many different options with me to make sure it got there well packaged and on time without costing a million dollars. I’m so thankful to encounter professionals like Joey who take their job very seriously and truly know their business inside and out. He really knows his stuff. Very thankful!”

Store itself is also always nice and clean with minimal wait time due to efficiency of the staff.

“I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. Nada is a true example of excellent customer service and leadership. People like her deserve recognition. I'll definitely be back to this UPS Store.”

Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.

“Love the convenience and flexibility of getting done of urgent works. This place is a perfect compared to bigger places like Staples, you will get a lot more from here. You will not need to do any upload and wait for days to get some complicated works done such as mounted foam board printing. In a traditional way, you can call, walk in, and communicate face to face, and then get your prints the same day or closer ETA. The quality is beyond great the moment I saw the machine in store. You just know it does the right work. Thank you for having my work done quickly and high quality!”

“Wonderful experience with Crater & Freighters. We relocated to Denmark and I wanted to send my 2007 "like new" Ducati. I found them by reputation for crating art... And a Ducati could arguably be considered "art"? Regardless, Joe Marotta communicated and responded to my questions. I also discovered that our shipping company was very familiar with them which furthered my comfort level and understanding that shipping is a tight-knit business. After our container arrived I was even more pleased by how my Duc was securely set inside. It was better than the photos. If I could do it again, I'd move with our clothes, necessities and my Duc only. Don't waste your time with the other stuff. It's all still in boxes... Thanks again Craters & Freighters.”

“When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”

“This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”

I needed to print something extremely last minute (literally within 3 hours) for a funeral and I had to have something shipped to store for pickup. He made every accommodation for me, and kept me in the loop the entire time while I was frantically trying to get large photo posters printed to set up at the church. Thank you John for your support, understanding, flexibility, and for being an all around good human!!”
“After a fiasco with the Bound Brook shipping center I was finally able to pick up my package from Italy. I was taken care of by a young man (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was so kind and helpful. Even took the heavy package to my car. I went there on June 25th around 5:30ish.
