“I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but they also managed several customers, myself included simultaneously with precision and teamwork. At no point did anyone feel neglected or rushed.
I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, the cleanliness and décor of the store, and how well-organized the entire operation was. Leo and Alexandro clearly run an exceptional store, and their leadership and customer service skills set a very high standard.”

“I've been a AT&T customer for some years and wanted to share my experience with the Wayne Willow brook store. Alejandro and Mike were extremely customer service oriented as I was having trouble with my existing phone. They guided me through a solution for my prepaid phone and only to find out that I need an upgrade. We discussed what my needs were and found out the best way to go was to purchase a new one. All my questions were answered in a professional manner and ended up with a nice phone. I would highly recommend going to this store for future phone electronic needs.

“Intelligent technicians. My internationally purchased Samsung phone was not working, Samsung service centers said they can't fix it because it is international, but this shop, we called, they said they can fix it. We brought, they charged a high price for changing the screen, but since my data was important, it was worth it and I am glad that they were able to fix it completely in two days. I recommend it.”
