“First time going here, dropped my phone last. Woke up the next morning and I walked to Boost City took me 20 minutes, gave my phone and waited probably less than 30 minutes and walked back home. Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”
