I had a charging issue with a phone that I had purchased there and the store manager, Kenya, was extremely helpful in expediting my return. She quickly deleted my information on the new phone that I was returning and showed me that my data had been completely erased. Kenya had a presence and professionalism about her and you could tell she was chosen to be the Store Manager for a reason. She's going places. In addition, "TT" was very helpful in transferring my data from my old phone to my newly purchased phone. He was a wiz. Both times that I was there, I was in and out in no time. I actually walked out with a smile on my face both times.”

Mason helped us patiently through the process, which took longer we had imagined, he even stayed late (on a Friday!) to help us out. We were all very impressed by his customer service.
