Both are great. Hector greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though he was busy. When it was our turn he helped us out and solved the problem quickly. Don’t hesitate to give them your business.”

“I broke my iPhone 12 Pro Max a few years ago and somehow kept using it in rough shape—cracked front and back, chips, even some exposure to dust and water. Honestly, it held up way longer than I expected(Btw its 2026 and im still using a 12pro max because how much i love it and fyi i had the 14.It was just terrible. So i went back to my 12 ). But recently, it finally gave out—the WiFi and cellular completely stopped working, and nothing I tried could fix it. I even went to Apple and two other repair shops, and they all either told me to replace the phone or quoted me insanely high prices just to attempt a repair. Might as well buy a 17……i did for the mean time to make calls for work and etc Then I found Device Surgeon—and everything changed. He is seriously amazing. The level of skill and care he put into repairing my phone was incredible. When he quoted me a price for fixing the front, back, and internal issues, I honestly couldn’t believe it—it was more than fair, especially compared to what others were charging. And the best part? He brought my phone completely back to life. Seeing it power up, receive notifications, and work like normal again was such a great feeling. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If you have a damaged device and think it’s beyond saving, this is absolutely the place to go.”

“This is a convenient store and smoke shop. I came to purchase vapes. This was my second time at this store and both times were quite pleasant. The man behind the counter, who I believe to be the owner, is very nice. I asked a lot of questions and he has a lot of patience with me, so I have nothing bad to say. Their selection in your vapes is pretty good considering bought enforcement cracking down on the sale of flavored vapes. Additionally, prices are pretty good as well.”

I had a really complicated situation with a disconnected phone / attempting to transfer my number and then a million monkey wrenches thrown in being an expired license, identity verification, and family dispute account holder issues, all while juggling my 3-year-old in the store and a complete mess! The gentleman who helped me was incredibly patient and understanding through every hurdle and seriously knew his stuff. I had already spent forever with Verizon customer service on the phone and got nowhere… he handled everything, knew exactly what to do, and got it all resolved. So knowledgeable, patient, quick, genuine and helpful. Saved me so much time and frustration and left there with my problem solved. He set up my new phone ensured all my photo/contacts/settings data was exactly as I needed and got everything back to normal. Lifted weight off my shoulders truly thank you!!”
